WHAT COURIERS DO YOU USE?

We use mainly your local carriers such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.  

Please make sure to input the correct address when completing your order.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We may take some extra time to deliver your order, but we ensure the best quality possible. (We work hard to speed up our shipping times, and often your package will arrive sooner than the estimated delivery time)

Shipping time varies by location. All items will be shipped from Mentor Ohio and are normally 5-7 days travel time throughout the United States

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some couriers, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please give it an extra couple of days.  We have found that many times the carrier will record the item as delivered on one day and actually deliver it a day or two later.  If you have not received your package after that please contact us and we will do our best to help you receive what you paid for and if needed, reship lost packages.
